What is live cigar rolling at an event?
A professional roller demonstrates how a cigar is made by hand while welcoming questions and explaining the craft. The event plan can include a cigar display, agreed cigar inventory, custom bands and additional guest service according to your written proposal.
How much does it cost to hire Cigar Nights?
Pricing depends on the venue, date, cigar quantity, service time, staffing, travel and optional details. Request a tailored proposal and compare the actual inclusions. Our pricing guide explains what to ask; a general inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Will every cigar be rolled live during the event?
Not necessarily. Larger bookings may combine the live demonstration with prepared cigars so guest service is not limited to live production. Your proposal should distinguish the total cigar quantity from the demonstration and service hours.
Can you provide personalized cigar bands?
Yes, personalized rectangular wrap-around bands can be discussed for names, wedding dates, company logos or sponsor artwork. Confirm the proof, quantity, deadline, presentation and any additional cost in your proposal.
Do you travel outside your listed cities?
We accept inquiries nationwide. Date, venue, staffing, travel and any additional expenses must be reviewed and confirmed for each event. A state listing is a planning resource, not a claim that we maintain a local office there.
What does the venue need to provide?
Discuss a six-foot table, tablecloth and a chair unless your written quote specifies another arrangement. Confirm the working area, loading, lighting and access with the venue. Permission for the demonstration and any smoking area must be agreed separately.
Can guests enjoy the demonstration without smoking?
Yes. Guests can watch the handwork and ask questions without smoking. Discuss any take-home format and designated smoking location with us and the venue. Cigar participation is planned for adults 21 and older.
