How to hire a cigar roller

From the first inquiry to the day-of brief, use this practical sequence to choose the right format and avoid assumptions.

Define the experience first

Decide whether you want a live demonstration, a styled cigar table, guest lighting assistance or a combination. Think about the people attending and the moment in the event when they can enjoy the station. The service should fit the occasion, not simply fill an empty corner.

Confirm the venue before the details

Ask the property about a live rolling demonstration, tobacco-related activity, equipment and any smoking area. Record the approved location, access instructions and setup window. Demonstration permission and smoking permission are separate questions.

Send one complete inquiry

Include the date, venue address, event type, adult guest count, cigar quantity if known and service hours. Add your planner’s contact, custom-band needs and any insurance or vendor documentation requirements. Ask us to review staffing and travel before treating availability as confirmed.

Compare the proposal, then confirm the booking

Review the actual inclusions, who supplies the table and linens, total cigar count, service duration, staffing and additional costs. Confirm payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms in writing. A request for availability is not itself a reservation.

Share the final day-of brief

Provide the approved artwork, final service schedule, loading instructions and a reachable venue contact. Tell us about changes as early as possible. Keep a sheltered alternative ready if an outdoor station is part of your plan.

Send your event date, city, venue, adult guest count, desired cigar quantity and service hours. Include any custom-band request or venue requirements so the proposal can address your actual plans.

Is availability guaranteed for my city?

No. Staffing, date, travel and venue arrangements are reviewed for each booking. A planning guide or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
