Separate attendance from participation
The number of guests attending and the number of adults likely to enjoy a cigar are different figures. Share both when you can. Your audience, the length of the celebration and any take-home plans help guide a conversation about quantity. There is no universal cigar-per-guest rule that fits every gathering.
Separate total inventory from live output
The demonstration includes questions, hospitality and the time needed to make each cigar by hand. A larger event may need prepared cigars alongside live rolling. Ask the proposal to state the total quantity and the service format instead of assuming every included cigar will be rolled while a guest waits.

Consider when guests arrive
A cocktail reception may create a short burst of interest; a private party may have a steady flow; a tournament may bring groups through in waves. Tell us how your event works so staffing and timing can be reviewed realistically.
Confirm the count before personalization
Custom-band quantities and take-home presentation should follow the approved cigar plan. Ask when final quantities and artwork need to be confirmed. Additional cigars, time or staffing should be discussed before the event rather than assumed to be available on the day.
Helpful answers
What information should I send for a quote?
Send your event date, city, venue, adult guest count, desired cigar quantity and service hours. Include any custom-band request or venue requirements so the proposal can address your actual plans.
Is availability guaranteed for my city?
No. Staffing, date, travel and venue arrangements are reviewed for each booking. A planning guide or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
