The connected WordPress contact form
The contact page embeds a form served by cigarnights.com. Selecting Send uses the live website’s existing WordPress form handling, email routing and submission-storage settings. Loading the embedded page also contacts the live website and may load its existing scripts or services. This preview does not operate a separate submission database.
You can also open the live form in a separate tab. An inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a date.
The optional email-draft alternative
The separate email-draft worksheet keeps its entered details in the current page without saving them to browser storage or sending them automatically. Reviewing a draft creates selectable text and an email link. Opening that link passes the draft to your email application; you must send it yourself. Copy buttons use the clipboard only when selected. Your browser or email application may handle drafts or autofill under its own settings.
External services and destinations
Fonts may load from Google Fonts. The embedded form uses the live WordPress website; social links open separate websites. The platform hosting this preview and the live website may process ordinary access information under their own policies. This page is not a claim that no server logs exist.
Share only the details needed for your event
Do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in an event inquiry. Contact the team to discuss the information required for your proposal and any privacy questions.
Adult participation and venue requirements
