Choose a moment your guests can enjoy
Cocktail hour, a welcome party or an after-dinner gathering can each create a different atmosphere. Choose the part of the celebration with enough time for guests to watch, ask questions and linger. Coordinate with your planner so the station does not compete with your entrance, speeches or important photographs.
- Wedding receptions and cocktail hours
- Rehearsal dinners and destination welcome parties
- Anniversary and vow-renewal celebrations
Count participants, not the entire guest list
Start with the number of adults likely to enjoy the cigar station, then discuss your desired cigar quantity and service hours. Some guests will watch rather than participate. For a larger reception, ask how the live demonstration and any prepared cigars will be balanced.

Make the band personal
Names, a monogram, a wedding date or a short message can turn the cigar band into a thoughtful detail. Our band format is a rectangular wrap-around design. Ask about artwork approval, printing deadlines, presentation and the cost of any customization.
Coordinate with the venue before the big day
Confirm the rolling location and permitted smoking area separately. Arrange a six-foot table, tablecloth and chair with the venue unless your proposal states otherwise. Ask about lighting, cover, loading access and a sheltered alternative if the station is outdoors.
Helpful answers
Can we have cigars without smoking inside the reception?
Discuss a demonstration and take-home format with us and your venue. The property must approve the rolling activity and any separate smoking area; indoor rolling does not imply permission to smoke indoors.
How early should we inquire?
Inquire once your date and venue are known, especially for popular weekends or destination plans. Availability, artwork timing and travel are confirmed individually rather than guaranteed by a standard lead time.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
