Conventions & brand experiences

Trade shows & brand activations

Create a considered point of connection for a conference reception, sponsor lounge or approved activation. Live craft gives guests something to discover while your team builds the relationship.

Start with organizer permission

An exhibit hall, hotel reception and private hospitality suite may have very different rules. Obtain written approval for the demonstration, tobacco-related activity, branding and any guest distribution before designing the activation. A private reception outside an exhibit hall can be a separate planning option, subject to its own venue approval.

Design around the guest conversation

Decide what you want a visitor to experience: a brief explanation, a longer demonstration or a branded keepsake. Then identify the service window and expected flow. Keep your sales team, lead-capture process and event message separate from the roller’s craft demonstration unless specific arrangements have been agreed.

Budget for the complete production brief

Send loading dates, service days, staff call times, vehicle access and any credential requirements. Multi-day programs and larger activations need a clear staffing and cigar plan. Ask for travel, parking, additional service and customization to be identified in the quote.

Approve branding before production

Provide final artwork, the intended band quantity and the name of the approver. Confirm the design proof and delivery timing before relying on branded materials for a fixed conference date. Do not assume that sponsor rights, exhibitor permissions or venue fees are included in the cigar service.

Helpful answers

Can cigar rolling take place in any convention booth?

No universal permission should be assumed. The organizer, venue and applicable requirements determine whether a proposed demonstration, distribution or smoking activity is permitted.

Do you handle our lead capture?

Lead capture and marketing systems are not assumed parts of a rolling booking. Discuss any requested guest-engagement responsibilities explicitly in your proposal.

Confirm the details in writing

Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
