Give the evening a welcoming focal point
A cigar station can be a relaxed place for conversation rather than a scheduled performance everyone must stop to watch. Tell us whether your guests are longtime enthusiasts, curious first-timers or a mix. Our rollers can explain the process and help guests understand what is happening at the table.
- Milestone birthdays and anniversaries
- Bachelor celebrations and private dinners
- Poker evenings, private receptions and VIP gatherings
Choose a format that suits your party
Discuss a live roller, a styled cigar display or an additional cigar tender according to your plans. These are different service choices, not interchangeable promises. The proposal should identify who is attending, the service hours and which equipment, materials and guest assistance are included.

Make the details yours
A name, occasion or short message can be discussed for rectangular custom bands. Share the intended cigar quantity, any artwork and the timing of your party. Ask about the presentation and take-home arrangements you want rather than assuming they are standard.
Prepare the space before guests arrive
For a home or private venue, confirm access, a suitable table, seating for the roller, lighting and any sheltered outdoor area. Keep the rolling table and any permitted smoking space away from busy food-service and circulation routes. Property permission and applicable requirements still need to be confirmed.
Helpful answers
Do all guests need to smoke to enjoy the experience?
No. Watching the hand-rolling process and asking questions can be part of the experience without smoking. The service and any cigar participation should be planned for adults.
Can you add a photo booth?
Photo booth options are available to discuss as a separate event service. Confirm availability, provider, backdrop, delivery and pricing in the written arrangements.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
