Find the right place in the tournament
A registration area, an approved sponsor position or a post-round reception can each suit a different event. Ask the course and tournament organizer where a staffed rolling table will work without delaying play, blocking circulation or interfering with tournament operations.
- Corporate golf outings and client entertainment
- Charity tournaments and donor hospitality
- Private club gatherings and post-round receptions
Plan for waves of guests
Golf schedules create different patterns of participation. Tell us whether players arrive together, pass the station in smaller groups or gather at a reception. That information helps the conversation about service time, staffing and cigar inventory. A total cigar quantity is not a promise that every cigar will be rolled while a player waits.

Give sponsors a considered presence
If a sponsor wants custom bands, identify who approves the artwork, when the logo is available and where branding is permitted. Confirm whether signage, giveaways or additional display elements are the responsibility of the organizer or part of the quoted service.
Protect the outdoor setup
Confirm shade or cover, a stable table, suitable lighting if service continues into the evening and a weather alternative. Discuss vehicle access, cart routes and loading instructions with the course. Smoking permission and any course-specific requirements must be confirmed directly.
Helpful answers
Can the rolling station be part of a sponsored hole?
That can be discussed when the course and organizer approve the location, branding and guest interaction. Send the proposed position and schedule so we can review practical requirements.
Can we include custom sponsor bands?
Ask about rectangular wrap-around bands using your approved sponsor artwork. The proposal should confirm quantities, production timing and any additional cost.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
