Choose the display and the service separately
A display-only cigar table, a live rolling station and a staffed cigar bar are different formats. Tell us which matters most to you: presentation, demonstration or hands-on guest assistance. Ask for the actual staffing and service responsibilities to be listed in the proposal.
Think through guest flow
Place the table where adult guests can approach without blocking food service, entrances or important sightlines. Confirm whether cigars will be offered during a defined service window, as a take-home detail or alongside a permitted smoking area. The layout should support the reception instead of creating a queue in the wrong place.

Confirm what is on the table
Discuss cigar quantity, display elements, cutters, lighting equipment, ashtrays, signage and personalized bands as applicable to your chosen format. Seating, lounge furniture, beverage service and special structures are not assumed inclusions. Your written quote should make the responsibilities clear.
Helpful answers
What information should I send for a quote?
Send your event date, city, venue, adult guest count, desired cigar quantity and service hours. Include any custom-band request or venue requirements so the proposal can address your actual plans.
Is availability guaranteed for my city?
No. Staffing, date, travel and venue arrangements are reviewed for each booking. A planning guide or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
