A detail worth taking home

Custom cigar bands

Put the occasion on the cigar. Names, wedding dates, monograms and company logos can become a personalized detail for your guests.

Start with the message

Choose a clear name, date, logo or short phrase that remains readable on a cigar band. Cigar Nights uses a rectangular wrap-around format, not custom die-cut shapes. Keep the design focused rather than trying to fit an invitation’s worth of text into a small space.

Supply artwork and approve the proof

Send a clear PNG logo when you have one, the exact spelling and dates, and the person responsible for approving the design. Ask about a proof, any artwork adjustments and the print deadline. Final approval should happen before production, particularly for corporate and destination events.

Confirm quantity, timing and cost

The required band count should match the agreed cigar and presentation plan. Ask whether customization, printing, application and take-home packaging are included in your particular quote or priced separately. No fixed lead time or complimentary inclusion is promised on this page.

Helpful answers

What information should I send for a quote?

Send your event date, city, venue, adult guest count, desired cigar quantity and service hours. Include any custom-band request or venue requirements so the proposal can address your actual plans.

Is availability guaranteed for my city?

No. Staffing, date, travel and venue arrangements are reviewed for each booking. A planning guide or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Confirm the details in writing

Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
