Help guests feel comfortable
Some guests know exactly what they enjoy; others are approaching a cigar for the first time. Discuss the level of explanation and hands-on assistance you want at the station. The aim is a welcoming interaction, not pressure to participate.
A roller and a tender have different roles
A live roller demonstrates the craft of making a cigar. A dedicated tender focuses on guest assistance and service. If your event needs both activities at once, ask whether separate staffing is appropriate. Do not assume one person can provide unlimited production, conversation and lighting service simultaneously.

Match the service to the venue
Cutting, toasting and lighting must follow venue permission and applicable requirements. Confirm where cigars may be lit or enjoyed, what equipment is allowed and how guests reach that area. Staffing, hours and service inclusions are confirmed in the quote.
Helpful answers
What information should I send for a quote?
Send your event date, city, venue, adult guest count, desired cigar quantity and service hours. Include any custom-band request or venue requirements so the proposal can address your actual plans.
Is availability guaranteed for my city?
No. Staffing, date, travel and venue arrangements are reviewed for each booking. A planning guide or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Confirm the details in writing
Service hours, staffing, cigar quantity, customization, travel and venue responsibilities are specific to your booking. Your written proposal and agreement govern the final arrangements.
